RSL LifeCare is a charitable organisation caring for over 7,500 residents across in our 25 retirement villages, 35 Aged Care Homes and Homecare clients across NSW and the ACT. About the role:

Develop and maintain close relationships with perspective residents and their families across the RSL Network

  • Maintain an up to date database that will not only assist you but other stakeholders within the business
  • Sell available beds across all facilities, maximise occupancy levels and RAD targets
  • Coordinate and manage CRM & online sales systems, and ensuring continuous improvement of internal systems and record keeping
  • Assist with the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts and monitor these ongoing
  • Attend Sales Meetings and communicate strategy, results, policies & procedures to the team

 

About You

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that represents RSL LifeCare and the organisational values, in all interactions with the general public. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the RSL Lifecare offering across our residential aged care, homecare and retirement living offerings. The role represents a key part of our Customer care team

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within a similar role in Admissions or a sales or relationship management role within Aged Care, Health Care or Community Service.
  • Previous experience within contact centre sales and service with a focus on converting enquiries into sales would be highly regarded.
  • A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Homecare or Residential Aged Care funding instruments including RADs and DAPs, Homecare Packages and CHSP would be highly beneficial
  • A customer focused outlook and exceptional skills and track record in building effective relationships, which lead to sales results.
  • Working collaboratively with the Sales, Customer Care and Facilities Teams across NSW and ACT with a focus on converting leads and opportunities into residents and clients including completing the admissions process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will love the phone and talking to people. Most importantly, you will understand how to listen to clients and identify their needs, while you build great relationships and convert enquiries into Admissions or Homecare Clients.

What you will be doing:

The preferred applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Customer Service or Residential Aged Care or Solution-selling experience would be ideal in a previous Customer Care or Sales Coordinator role.
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and computer skills, with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of CRM and centralised contact centre experience including lead to opportunity capture and admissions process.
