Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

About the Company:

Element Group is a growing property management company with a portfolio of commercial suites and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a motivated admin assistant/receptionist to join our team at our brand-new office in Sydney CBD. 


About the role:

  • Managing the front desk and greeting clients
  • General phone duties including answering and directing calls
  • Support the Operations Manager with general business operations
  • General office admin including filing, attending to mail, manage email inbox, ordering stationery and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Assist in scheduling meetings including liaising with external stakeholders, managing meeting room bookings
  • Assist in travel bookings for the team
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as required by the team


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years previous experience in office administration and/or as a receptionist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone manner, candidates who are able to speak fluent Chinese, Cantonese preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A background in accounting or bookkeeping experience will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and great time management skills
  • A strong work ethic and motivated to learn, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently, as well as working in a team
  • The rights to work in Australia
