Senior Administrative Support Officer - Specialist Outpaitent Clinics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Support Officer within our Specialist Outpatient Clinics to provide proficient high level administrative support to the clinic/s ensuring a customer focused approach. The position will be full time ongoing.  The role requires attentiveness to the daily operational requirements, responsibility to client data integrity and the coordination department reports.

The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy and well-developed communication and organisational skills, with an ability to work in a team and also independently. Relevant office administration qualifications or a willingness to obtain is also essential.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Administrative Worker Grade 1. 

The successful applicant will be required to be eligible for and undergo the following:

  • Current Immunisation status
