The Role:

You will perform the day to day administrative duties to support the Compliance Team to ensure that all training programs meet and maintain Industry Standards. You will also participate and provide administrative support to the Training Department and committees.

Your Duties:

Working as part of a dedicated team you will:

  • Work with the Team Leader to ensure funding contracts, agreements and RTO performance standards are implemented and maintained;
  • Ensure data entry and records are accurate and completed within the required timeframe;
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required;
  • Prepare student progress and feedback reports for workplace visits.

About You:

To excel in this role you will have:

  • Certificate IV Business Administration and/or demonstrated experience within the RTO or VET Sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Sound all-round administration skills including accurate data entry with a high attention to detail;
  • Well organised with an ability to multitask and exercise initiative;
  • Ability to work with sensitive information.

There are 2 positions available. Both are part time 22.5 hours per week (negotiable), one is permanent and the other is maximum term part time for 6 months. Please indicate in your cover letter which position (or both) you would like to apply for.
