If this sounds like you, this role will most definitely pique your interest. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the our client's entry into the market. Our client is utilising a ground-breaking approach to fraud prevention through data science to reduce losses and improve customer experiences. Key responsibilities will include:
Accountability for parts of the sales pipeline
interest in establishing relationships and progressing them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the commercial & BD lead in establishing and testing pricing, as well as reaching contractual outcomes with customers on favourable terms
Contribute to marketing materials and planning of the market launch
Lead the preparation of proposals and tender responses
Stay in contact with customers post product delivery to manage their satisfaction with the service, and provide an interface with the development team for any changes required
Co-develop sales strategy with Commercial & BD Lead to optimize revenue opportunities in the market
Track and record activity on opportunities and lead closing deals to meet targets
Software solution sales: 5+ years of experience in complex digital solutions sales to large enterprise clients.
Identity/fraud industry:Extensive network and demonstrated success in selling products focussed around identity or credit check solutions, fraud, banking, and/or financial services.
Sales strategy: Experience in creating, implementing and leading sales strategy
Account Management:Demonstrated success in working with enterprise clients to manage and deepen relationships, and grow the revenue base
Flexibility:Ability to lead successful projects with a high degree of ambiguity. Demonstrate flexibility when dealing with changing priorities.
Negotiate & Influence:Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders; and work with key contributors, influencing the way they achieve their outcomes in order to deliver results at speed on a sustainable basis.
This is a full-time role offering $160,000 including superannuation, plus commission on target earnings of $250,000.
