Receptionist / Sales Support

GOLD Central Victoria is seeking an enthusiastic full time Receptionist / Sales Support Administration guru to join the crazy world of Radio. The lucky candidate will be the face of our radio station in our brand new studio and office complex.

Your core responsibilities are not limited to, but include:

  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager, Sales Team & Content Director
  • Answering phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients and listeners of the station with a smile and helpful attitude
  • Entering Advertising bookings into Radio Specific software
  • Weekly / Monthly Reporting for Management
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Maybe even some promotional work

Were looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years experience in a Reception or Sales Support role
  • Displays a high level of customer service and the ability to make guests feel comfortable
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point (will be tested at interview stage)
  • Can assure us of strong attention to detail
  • Is a quick learner, able to pick up new software
  • Is friendly, reliable, confident and has a can do attitude

The position is scheduled to commence in April so you must be available to start at this time.
