This established high-end boutique brand is now seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the Director in the Eastern Suburbs area.

Your Role

Duties:

  • Attend networking events
  • Organise calendars and events
  • Administrative duties to Director 
  • Schedule flights, accommodation and more
  • You need to offer flexibility and reliability at all times
  • Organise appraisal packs and assist with open homes
  • Be available/on call to both the CFO and Director at all times

Essential Requirements For This Role

  • Current driver's license
  • Previous experience in the Real Estate/property market
  • MUST be available to travel between different locations when required
  • Available to work weekends (only when required, limited)
