Customer Service/Customer Care Officer

Overview

Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of prepared meals. The company is a key supplier to leading retail and government customers. The company has recently launched two home delivery / on-line operations - The Good Meal Company and The Gluten Free Meal Company. These operations deliver ready meals to homes across Australia.

Opportunity

The company is seeking a well-organised, energetic and friendly Customer Service Team Member to provide outstanding support to their customers and the marketing & sales team of the company.

Job Specification

  • Nurturing existing customers on service, new products and offers
  • Address any changes or further needs customers have
  • Calling customers at the end of their contract to initiate contract renewal
  • Updating service agreements for existing customers
  • Process Service Agreement renewals
  • Back-Up assistance with Processing orders received via online, email and fax
  • Liaise and assist customers on range of possible queries
  • Outbound phone and email contact with existing customers for service and product feedback
  • Slow, nurturing telephone sales by identifying opportunities to meet customer needs
  • Admin work relating to Customer Care including Data Entry of Records and customer updates
  • Back-Up assistance with accounts receivable - claiming payments from NDIS and other organisations for home delivery orders supplied and reconciling / entering payments received

You:

  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy and time management
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Experience and capability across all Social Media platforms, particularly Facebook, would be a well-regarded.
