Seeking an experienced and passionate individual to manage the Sales and Marketing of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing the sales and marketing for a multifaceted business and leading a passionate and diverse team of people. The Sales and Marketing Manager position requires a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a positive "can do" attitude. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns and activities to drive sales activity and opportunities via various channels for our organisation.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will effectively achieve business objectives. With a strong understanding of each market segment in which we operate, the Sales & Marketing Manager will drive and exceed business plan sales, maintain, develop and improve the performance of the trade customer base, and form strategic management and direction of the trade business. Other responsibilities include setting Sales and Marketing strategies, identifying business development opportunities, product development and identifying opportunities to grow market share.
About YOU: We are looking to hire an individual who is an analytical thinker, being able to look outside the box, with strong problem solving abilities. An individual who is driven to achieve results and possesses the ability to form and maintain solid working relationships with the suppliers, contractors and team mates throughout the process.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field 5+ years experience within a Marketing role Digital marketing experience preferable Experience with most social media & google platforms including AdWords Experience Managing TVC, Print and Radio Campaigns Experience creating and developing detailed marketing plans & reports Possess proven and polished sales, marketing and management skills. Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced environment, often managing multiple tasks. The ability and foresight to prioritize your workload and be able to make adjustments in advance to keep on top of everything. Professional interpersonal and communication skills. Graphic design skills are preferred but not essential.
