We're looking for a clever and energetic Paid Facebook Specialist who can set up a Paid Facebook campaign hanging out of the 12th story window of our Manly office...blindfolded! You live and breathe Paid Social campaigns, love the lack of facebook support and transparency as you love to just "work stuff out". You will have a desire to roll up your sleeves and manage Paid Facebook campaigns and want to learn performance campaign within the Native Networks from some of the best Native specialists in the business.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience driving exceptional outcomes through Facebook Analytics, Business Manager and Third Party Tools. You will also be well versed with Google Analytics with the ability to use data-driven marketing to make key decisions on clients websites in terms of improving sales and lead generation. 

Do you tick these boxes

A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Paid Facebook campaigns
Taking ownership of the end to end delivery of social campaigns
Owning the campaign set up and execution, and running the team to ensure the service and the results exceed the clients expectations
Maximizing advertisers digital budgets according to their required goals
Devise and plan the account strategy, working with the client services team to develop the client roadmap, identifying new opportunities and media planning to grow your accounts.
Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and audience targeting.
Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.

Experience with multiple tracking tools such as GTM.
Evaluating budget levels and provide recommendations.
