Real Estate Receptionist/Office Administrator

Your Haven Realty is 2 and a half years old and already making an impact in the real estate and property management space in Brisbane. We have achieved substantial growth and are proud to have received outstanding and consistent feedback from our clients (owners and tenants alike) on our approach and service, not to mention the multiple awards we have received to recognise our achievements thus far.

In order to maintain our high levels of quality service to our valued clients we need to expand the team to ensure we are able to continue to grow without compromising our service. As a result we have a great opportunity for someone to join the Your Haven team on a full time basis in the capacity of Receptionist/Office Administrator.

The role will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors and clients to our office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Placement of office signage at opening & closing
  • Management and rotation of window signage 
  • Ordering offices supplies as required
  • Maintaining the reception and communal office areas
  • General administration and filing
  • Assisting with tenancy applications
  • Maintain the key register including, preparing keys for inspections, signing in and out keys to trades etc
  • Preparation of marketing collateral

We are looking for an individual that shares our commitment to service, communication and authenticity. We often get feedback that we are not like your usual agents or real estate office. We like that. We like that we are human and we treat everyone else the same way. We aren't in it purely for the commission; it's critical for us to get the right people matched with the right property, whether that be on the sales or rentals side. We take what we do seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously, so hopefully you are comfortable with our regular office Nerf battles.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Proactive and self starter
  • Thorough with a great attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and good team player
  • Experience with Gsuite and PropertyMe advantageous
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Interest in real estate
  • Good dose of common sense
