The Opportunity A rare opportunity has now arisen for an SMSF-focused professional to join our highly reputable team. Reporting to our SMSF Associate Director, you will provide quality and customised support to meet our clients' varying needs. Reporting to our SMSF Associate Director, you would provide quality and customised support to meet our clients’ varying needs, providing specialised technical skills across a diverse client base. As an important member of our high performing team you will be responsible for;
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
Preparation of work papers
Reconciliation of investments and bank accounts
Setting up new SMSF's
Upgrading Trust Deeds
Preparation of Pension documents
Liaise with clients to assist with general queries
Provide assistance with training junior team members where requires
Assist queries from all other Pillars (including our Wealth Management division)
Ideal Candidate With a strong background in SMSF Accounting, you may be CA/CPA qualified and will have strong technical competency. Having worked previously within a reputable firm, you will have strong interpersonal skills and will be capable of building positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be highly organised, take initiative in your work and provide a positive contribution to the office culture.
