As Membership Advisor, you will play a pivotal role, working closely with the NZ office and management team on home ground in making sure that a reliable, responsive and highly personalised service is provided to attract and retain valuable members.
This is the dream job for an experienced membership/customer service professional, with solid credentials, that wants to make a difference in a positive work environment every day. This is not a call centre environment with a cast of thousands but a small intimate team, holding specialist knowledge for the betterment of membership services. Key attributes sought include:
Diligence: provide a warm, professional and friendly service to new and existing members, in responding to emails or actioning requests. Process: process membership applications, renewals and changes and make sure all updates are correctly filed and applied in all systems Adapt: Develop and share knowledge on membership benefits and services, membership fees, categories and concessions Initiative: offer up ideas and dont be fearful of taking on new projects Communication: always strive to offer clear, concise and reliable information to members, colleagues and management Team: enjoy being part of a small and specialist team, taking professional pride in offering the best service possible.
A ready smile, unflappable demeanour and positive attitude will go a long way in this work environment. Your proven experience in membership/customer services will ensure an interview and if you have health, insurance or financial services membership or call centre experience, all the better.
