WHAT DO CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS DO AT PELLIGRA
As a Contract Administrator your day would include:-
Producing, preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
Managing and tracking project costings
Preparing and administering the projects WHSE system
Administering RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
Preparing progress claims, variations and invoices
Providing extraordinary client service
WHAT DOES PELLIGRA NEED TO CONSIDER YOU FOR THIS ROLE
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator preferably with commercial/industrial experience.
Good working knowledge of construction sequence and building regulations
Strong communication and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong work ethic and ability to problem solve
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Right to work in Australia
