WHAT DO CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS DO AT PELLIGRA

As a Contract Administrator your day would include:-

  • Producing, preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
  • Managing and tracking project costings
  • Preparing and administering the projects WHSE system
  • Administering RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
  • Preparing progress claims, variations and invoices
  • Providing extraordinary client service 

WHAT DOES PELLIGRA NEED TO CONSIDER YOU FOR THIS ROLE

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator  preferably with commercial/industrial experience. 
  • Tertiary qualifications 
  • Good working knowledge of construction sequence and building regulations
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Team Player
  • Right to work in Australia
  • White card
  • Drivers licence
  • Computer literacy
