NYFL Commercial is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Karratha for a full time, permanent opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity working within the resource and general commercial sector, with a particular focus on Facilities Management, Catering, Hospitality, Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Contracting. Demonstrated experience in these areas would be highly regarded.

Reporting to the CEO, You will assist in management of the commercial, operational and strategic planning functions of our business unit based in the Pilbara
Managing the commercial and operational functions of the business unit;
Maintaining and developing an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders;
Ensuring key business drivers are effectively communicated to all employees;
Ensuring the business unit is achieving production/operational plans and KPIs;
Providing effective leadership to the staff by developing short term work and resource plans; and
Lead and facilitate safety and communication meetings.
Monitoring and assessing HSEQ performance of all employees;
Ensuring identified risks are assessed, controlled and reported;
Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm to both personnel and equipment;
