The Brisbane based Genetics group is a leading provider of comprehensive, state-of-the-art genetic information and support services for livestock producers. Zoetis develops and commercialises gene marker products for the livestock industries and offers innovative solutions to real world problems. We provide world leading gene marker products for production and quality traits for the beef, dairy and sheep industries, along with tests for genetic diseases, parentage verification and traceability.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a small and dynamic team in our Banyo, Brisbane office.
Perform day to day activities for customer order entry and coordinate these activities according to the required schedule. Interface with internal and external customers from multiple departments and levels of management. Answer incoming customer phone calls, providing solutions to general enquiries regarding routine product use and services provided by Zoetis Genetics. Take ownership of orders; apply Cust required techniques to effectively satisfy customer requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Provision of outstanding Customer Service and support for Customers in Australia
Sample data entry; management of on-line sample submissions
Liaising with the Genetics Field Force on the support and delivery of Genetics products
Accounts payable / Accounts receivable support
Promote positive customer service. Effectively listen to customers concerns, identify tasks at hand, and take appropriate action to achieve positive results
Adopt / author updated business processes and procedures to ensure compliance
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
Agricultural based degree or similar and/or equivalent experience
A working knowledge of the Australian cattle and/or sheep industries (desired, but not essential)
Excellent knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office products
The ability to think analytically, trouble-shoot and problem solve
Meet quality guidelines and provide high levels of Customer Service
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated; ability to work independently, also work within a focused and driven team
Accurate and proficient data entry skills
