Our client designs IT based solutions to help their healthcare and other sector customers streamline their services.  

We are seeking someone with the skills to maintain and build relationships with customers to ensure agreed outcomes are being achieved. 

You will be able to upsell and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Liaise with customers to define their goals, objectives and KPIs and translate these into deliverables 
  • Maintain a consistent awareness of the customer's brand direction and current activity 
  • Manage customer relationships and maximise opportunities to enhance the support offered 
  • Manage any customer queries regarding their account, products, integration and escalations 
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or transferable industry experience 
  • Prior experience working as a senior sales representative in a relevant industry 
  • Experience managing key client accounts
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels 
  • Reporting and analysis skills
