Secretary/Bookkeeper Role

Rahnch is a growing, Sydney based company involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is able to work independently to fill the Accounts/Admin role.

Basically, this role requires you to perform secretarial duties, receive and distribute all communications appropriately, and handle accounts receivable and payable.

Our Criteria:

  • You must have Cert 4 or higher in Financial Services and have had at least two years experience.
  • You will have an understanding of financial software use for book keeping and record keeping purposes.
  • You will have outstanding organisational and communication skills,
  • You must be able to understand and speak English,
  • You will be able to work independently and meet deadlines for both management and taxation purposes.
