Sales and administrative assistance (Full time)

We are one of largest national-wide reputable and mega watt level Solar PV systems with more than 100 staff and offices in WA, SA and NSW, QLD since 2012 and continue to grow year on year. As part of our new growth phase, we are seeking a reliable operation officer to support our local operation & sales team in NSW.

 

Job Details: 

1) Manage Daily Scheduling & Installation for 3-4 installation teams. 

2) In charge of troubleshooting and customer service

3) Manage Grid Application process, technical review & follow up.

4) STC Paperwork & Trade

5) Client communication, including first call, booking installation and rescheduling

6) Liaising with the installation team and provide a solution

7) Warehouse Daily packing & Release Stock

Requirement: 

1) Solar relevant experience preferred 

2) Bachelor degree or above 

3) Fluent English & Multi-language preferred but not essential

4) Reliable | Punctual | Integrity 

5) Basic Adobe & Office software skills 

6) Can handle pressure & must be multi-task, good time management skills
