Assistant Client Manager


WOW Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Client Manager to join a global health insurance provider based in Sydney CBD. The client prides themselves on providing choice, predictability, affordability and access to quality care through connected, personalized solutions 

  

About the role:

  • Manage the accounts of current clients, including small to medium enterprise business
  • Identify areas for process improvement to prevent re-occuring issues
  • Delivery solutions tailored to your individual clients needs
  • Work alongside sales consultants to grow new business and facilitate the transition of relationship into client management team.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with brokers


  
About you:

  • 2 years industry experience, ideally life/health insurance
  • Proven ability to hit KPI’s  and work to deadlines
  • Effective communication
  • Relationship management
  • Customer focusses, problem solver and able to prioritise
