Project Administrator, Education Development & Implementation

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy in Australia and New Zealand with the Project Administrator role being a key part of what we do everyday.

In this role you will be providing administration and project support to the College curricula education renewal projects across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be working on:

  • Providing general project support and administration to the Basic Training and Advanced Training Curricula Renewal project teams
  • Supporting the Senior Project Lead and Project Controller in maintaining administrative control of projects, including project control group meetings, documenting risks and issues, scheduling tasks, preparing documents, gathering data, and tracking and following up on actions
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops and events, including managing invitations, booking venues, arranging catering, organising travel, venue set-up and pack-down, and other event logistics
  • Preparing agenda papers and materials for meetings and events
  • Drafting briefs, minutes and reports for meetings and workshops, including project control meetings
  • Developing and maintain stakeholder contact lists, committee meeting calendars, and communication logs
  • Liaising with staff, RACP Members, and other key stakeholders to coordinate progress of and reporting on project activities
  • Maintaining project records and files in line with version control protocols
