Senior Receptionist

In Symmetry is a multi-modality wellness centre located in Romsey, where we focus on the highest quality care for our clients. We are constantly striving to improve the experience for our clients and further our knowledge.

We value each other and work as a collaborative team. Our team comprises of 3 acupuncturists, 1 Remedial Massage therapist, 2 Osteopaths, and a range of complementary modalities including naturopathy, yoga, kinesiology, reiki and counselling.

Whilst this position will begin in a reception/ admin/ customer service role. With time, we will be looking to have you lead our administrative team and work closely with the director. You will be involved in streamlining clinic operations, HR management and accounting.

We are looking for a casual/ permanent part time senior receptionist/practice manage.  Initially the role will be a minimum of 3 days per week, and may include some after hours and Saturday shifts. Flexibility is highly sought.  We want someone who can think laterally and show initiative. You must be an excellent communicator and love organization.

Responsibilities:

Organise, implement and optimise clinic systems and all aspects of running our front desk.

Oversee the day to day operations of the practice.

Management of our reception team including task delegation, training and rostering.

Management of practitioners diaries to improve optimization.

Marketing and promotion, including updating website information, blogs etc.

Enhance the client experience and improve current referral relationships

Invoicing and bookwork

Assist in recruitment, induction and support of new clinicians.

Skills and Experience:

Highly regarded but not essential previous experience using practice management software, accountancy software, HICAPS, and Medicare.

Excellent computer skills and aptitude for technology.

A highly professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication and time management skills.

The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.

The ability to identify, review and solve operational issues.

Willingness to learn and grow and take on feedback.
