Our organisation is a National company with our National Office situated between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are recognised as a major player in the commercial cleaning industry in Australia, with customers ranging from major councils, 5 star resorts and hotels through to supermarkets, shopping centres and everything in between.
Due to our continued expansion, we now require the services of a highly competent individual in the region who can manage the sales process from start to finish. This includes prospecting for business, initial customer contact, measuring up sites and jobs, then preparing and submitting final quotes. As a result it is clear that previous experience in this market would certainly be an advantage (but not necessary).
Experience within the contract cleaning industry would be very well regarded, as is a solid understanding of the business-to-business sales process. Previous experience dealing with all levels of personnel from Government and large corporate customers through to stand alone customers would also be welcomed. Due to the nature of the business, some exposure to the contract cleaning tendering process would be desirable. Above all though, you must be self motivated and possess superior sales and negotiation skills...... and be willing to use them!
