In this role my client has tailored the opportunity to enable an Experienced SDR to transition into and account executive role. You will get quality coaching and mentoring from an experienced and winning sales team. In return, you will be responsible for your productivity and performance.
Below you will be familiar with some of the skill development areas and as basic as they seem even the master has to work on the basics:
- Learn to properly qualify, source and engage cold leads
- Develop courage and determination to succeed in the face of adversity.
- Strategically source new opportunities to grow your pipeline/business.
- Proactively participate at training and development workshops about your product and industry.
- Let go of your ego and develop the art of listening so you can be the most coachable person in the room.
- Partner with your account executive to efficiently and effectively carry out plans to acquire your strategic accounts.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of how to seek and uncover golden opportunities.
- Learn how to train and onboard new reps.
- Learn how to demo like an executive.
The ideal person for this role has 3 years of experience as an SDR in the software space preferably pitching a complex solution. However, we will consider you if youre hungry and passionate to grow. If you're a quick learner, high energy with a strong ability to get on well with a multitude of people. This could be an exciting career path for you.
