OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
We are looking for a vivacious, organised Event Coordinator who fundamentally supports the team and every facet of the event management process, including:
Researching and coordinating various event suppliers locally and internationally
Preparing presentations and documentation in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote. Proficiency on Mac would be advantageous
Pre-empting challenges and solving problems in real time
Assisting on-site event logistics to ensure seamless delivery of experiences
Eager to be challenged and thirsty to learn
Pride yourself in quality work
Thrives on complementing a team of high achievers
An awesome service ethic no problem too hard, no mountain too high
Solution focused, particularly when under pressure
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Confident computer skills include Word, Excel and Keynote (beneficial to have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite)
