Field Service Supervisor - Monday to Friday - Mackay Based Role

We provide a range of services that include Automation and Technology, Asset Management and Skilled Trades to support large-scale projects working on a range of the latest OEM equipment. We're seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join our client’s team located at their large workshop facility in Mackay.
About the Role:
Be the single point of contact for the customer and act as the conduit between the technicians and other stores regarding any request for service, repairs and other general queries
Establish and maintain an effective customer relationships
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure ongoing and future customer requirements are met whilst maintaining value
Provide repair and service solutions/options in consultation with the workshop and/or Sales and Parts Department
Complete root cause analysis for section reworks to ensure appropriate action is implemented to prevent reoccurrences
Review and assist with Failure Analysis Reports and determine corrective action
Review Technician Productivity Report and take appropriate action when targets are not being achieved Provide accurate quote analysis and generation in accordance to the customer requirements utilising the appropriate quoting tools available
Be available after hours (via mobile) to assist customers/technicians as required
To be considered for this position, it's essential that you bring:
Previous mining experience with good knowledge of the CAT product
Trade Certificate with a minimum of 8 years post trade experience
Demonstrated understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management
Previous experience within a leadership capacity
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information quickly
Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
