About the Role
Are you a skilled, self-motivated and detail driven Graphic designer / Bid Coordinator. SPH Architecture & Interiors design studio is searching for a team member to join our West Leederville Studio to manage and coordinate project submissions, tenders, deliver our re-branding project, manage social media and website updates and develop the SPH brand recognition.
You will be an integral part of the Pre-Contracts phase of all projects and will work principally on delivering external tender communications, but will also be involved in project communications from time to time. You will work with both the SPH directors and Studio Manager to develop the written content of these key communications documents. The role will also include ongoing development of SPH branded documents, presentations, social media and website updated.
As the successful candidate you will need to be a self starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
About the Company
SPH are an architectural practice that is 13 years old and has cemented a diverse range of clients, and projects across a number of industry sectors. We are a joint Architecture and Interior Design office with 8 architects and 6 interior designers unique to the Perth market. We specialise in Aged Care, Workplace Design, Resources sector, Health and have a growing exposure to the Education sector. Our clients include government, large miners, private sector, hospitals and corporations. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in various sectors and of varying sizes. It is this diversity that has allowed us to grow through the last 3 years to a team of 24. While we have grown we are focused on maintaining our studio culture and on continue to operate as an office family environment rather than a corporate business.
Draft formal responses to Expressions of Interest
Draft formal responses to Requests for Tender
Draft responses to post tender information requests
Prepare capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects
Develop and maintain other client focused materials
Develop branded social media collateral
Develop Website content and updates
Assist project teams with client project presentations and graphic design
Coordinate the delivery of SPH branding
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in writing submissions with powerful selling messages
Fluent abilities in Adobe InDesign Creative Suite and General computer skills
Experience working within and understanding of Architectural, Construction or Engineering businesses
Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, English, Literature or equivalent (Desirable)
Ability to understand what the client wants and expects
Ability to distil information into easily understood communications without compromising technical integrity
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure
