About The Role

Unlike other roles, we dont use a dialler. We want highly motivated sales staff to manage their own leads, make initial contact, work with clients to find the best solution and most importantly manage your own time.


Leads provided to you are yours alone you manage your own book of clients, which is why it is so important that you are self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.


Based on a relationship model, it is your job to build rapport, be a product expert and be able to overcome any objections either before they come up, or as they do.


Your key internal relationships are with our Administration team, who are the team that push applications through for you, and externally, with underwriters, BDOs and BDMs to get the best deal for your clients.


We offer a great base salary, with the potential for a very generous commission structure.


This job isnt easy, but if you are the right candidate you have the ability to earn excellent money for an over the phone sale job.

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively work with your allocated clients to achieve weekly submission targets.
  • Work in conjunction with the Administration team to push your clients through the underwriting pipeline, fixing issues as they arise
  • Manage your in-force clients when they encounter difficulties, provide reviews on request and be the first liaison for potential lapses to help your clients at this time
  • Be a product and company expert know in detail the different products and companies we use to overcome objections in the sales process
  • Be compliant in the current environment, nothing is more important than keeping clear and concise notes around interactions with your clients, whilst ensuring that you follow all internal and external processes

About You

You will have done sales roles in a similar environment and a similar role and demonstrate the following skills:

  • Strong sales skills to achieve set weekly targets
  • Pipeline management both the sales pipeline and underwriting pipeline
  • Compliance focus understanding and adherence to what is required within the role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • RG146 qualification
