Holman Industries is a family owned business with a well-established product range in garden watering and plumbing. We are an innovative company that in the last few years has grown to become a leading supplier to Bunnings and other corporate retailers.
We now require a Customer Service /Data Entry officer to join our busy Melbourne office. This is a challenging role that requires a switched-on approach and the ability to works as a valuable team member.
Process large volumes of orders & invoicing while maintaining accuracy & speed
Ensure pricing integrity is maintained
Provide excellent service to our large customer base both by phone & email
Communicate with sales, admin & warehouse staff to track the progress & timely processing of orders
Assist with all tasks to maintain the smooth running of the Melbourne office
Skills and experience
Previous experience in a wholesale distribution company preferred
Strong customer service skills
Maintain a friendly & professional approach when handing customer or sales staff queries either by phone or email
Computer literate including Word, Excel & Outlook
The ability to remain focused with a friendly disposition when working under pressure
Experience in the reticulation/watering and or plumbing industry an advantage
Work in a team environment while taking directions & a willingness to learn
