TECHNICIAN SCHEDULER for Real Estate & Strata Portfolio - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This role is an important part of Laser Plumbing, ensuring all inbound jobs are completed accordingly and Clients are overwhelmed with a POSITIVE and PROFESSIONAL Customer Service experience!

Here are the duties of your new job...

  • Efficiently and accurately scheduling daily jobs (Data Entry) & re-scheduling existing/ongoing jobs (via phone and E-Mail) for our Technicians to deliver on service KPIs;
  • Working as part of a small team, answering continuous influx of phone calls from Clients;
  • Constant contact with new and current clients through E-Mail and phone;
  • Effective communication with Technicians and Managers;
  • Facilitating standard job workflow (quotes, scheduling, follow-ups, notes);
  • General administration duties and assistance to Service Managers.

As a Laser Plumbing Scheduler, you will take charge of the Real Estate & Strata Profile or other specialised Profile and provide outstanding Customer Service to assist the business and its growing customer base. You will work with other high performing Team Members to deliver a totally dependable customer experience to our service and maintenance clients located in and around the Canberra region.

  • Salary Package up to $66,500 (up to $60,000 Base Depending on Experience)

Key Skills and Attributes That You Possess...

  • 2+ Years experience in Client Service focused Administrative position within a fast-paced service environment (preferably Real Estate);
  • Proven ability to work under the demands within the Service Industry;
  • A professional phone manner with excellent and effective communication and listening skills;
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to schedule and monitor large volume of daily incoming jobs;
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail demonstrating a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks;
  • Fast, detail oriented learner with a positive "can do" attitude;
  • High level of computer literacy including knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets and Job Management Systems (preferably simPRO);
  • As you will be scheduling at locations around Canberra, geographical knowledge of Canberra is desirable, but not essential.
