Service Co-Ordinator

Global Fire is an Australian fire protection and essential services company carrying out design, supply, installation and maintenance of a wide range of fire protection products and systems.


Due to continued growth, Global Fire is seeking a motivated and confident Service Co-ordinator to join our Kingsgrove office on a permanent full-time basis.

Specific duties include:

  • Scheduling work for service technicians using our in-house system and Outlook
  • Daily monitoring of the service technicians calendar
  • Liaising with our clients to arrange the scheduling of services
  • Liaising with outside contractors to schedule and complete specialised work
  • Managing the day to day operation of the office
  • Preparing and issuing Annual Fire Safety Statements
  • General office administration duties and providing administration support to the service department
  • Incoming call management
  • Responding to client enquiries
  • Create purchase orders and approve invoices
  • Ad-hoc duties as required


Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, scheduling technicians, is highly regarded
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team player
  • Willingness to learn fast and be flexible
  • Punctual and reliable with a can-do attitude
