Customer Service/Office Administration

ePrep is a new Company but is made up of a team that comes with a long history of successfully developing and bringing new technologies to the global market and developing significant Australian businesses. 

ePrep has developed a new laboratory robotic system for environmental and clinical testing and we are seeking an energetic, self-driven person to join our small team to primarily provide and manage Customer Service functions and activities to exceed our customers expectations.

You should have a proven capability in customer service with an eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills for relating to customers and team members.  Knowledge of accounts and general office administration will be an advantage including experience with accounting/business based software.  Full training and support will be provided to develop and build on your skills.  Most importantly, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Responding to customer inquiries, processing quotations and customer orders through to shipping and invoicing.
  • Channeling inquiries for tech support to the relevant team members.
  • Proactive follow-up with customers
  • Placing of purchase orders with suppliers
  • Processing accounts receivable & payable transactions

Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are required, but more importantly will be your enthusiastic attitude and can do approach to your work.
