We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Assistant specialising in the Pre-Construction sector for a Maternity relief position with the opportunity of an ongoing position for the right candidate. The Position will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm commencing late March 2020.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting client colour& product consultations and plan presentations
Liaising with council, certifiers, stakeholders and other relevant third parties in order to obtain approvals
Undertake Pre-Construction & Construction Administration
Assist the Construction Manager and other staff as directed
Build strong relationships with clients and other staff
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience as a Residential Pre-Construction & Construction Administration or equivalent
Industry knowledge & committed to a career within the Building & Construction Industry
Strong organisational skills especially when multi-tasking
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite and other organisational software
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
