Payroll Specialist (Payroll Manager)

Working closely with the General Manager HR, essentially you will be responsible for the following:
 

  • End to end payroll processing through driving process improvement
  • Working collaboratively and closely with other key leaders in the business to update on changes to awards, contracts and policies
  • Key SME on all payroll matters
  • Review and approve all payroll requirements

 
The highly desired background to be successful in this role includes the following characteristics:
 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in payroll
  • Advanced knowledge of Modern Awards and State and Industry Legislation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and effectiveness
  • Ability to identify and solve issues
  • Well-developed communication and verbal skills
