Office Administration and Sales Support

Well then we need you to join our family run but rapidly expanding pest control company in the inner west, as an administration all rounder and sales support person on a permanent full time basis for an immediate start.  Previous administration experience preferred but not essential.

Key tasks include:

  • Taking bookings for pest services for domestic, commercial and industrial clients
  • Following up customer leads via telephone and email
  • Preparing sales quotations, inspection reports and service reports
  • Placing and receiving orders for stock and maintaining adequate stock levels
  • Maintaining current and expanding company portfolio of clients 
  • Database management and maintenance
  • General duties for the day to day running of the office
