Customer Support and Administration Assistant

TrueERP / VS1 is a family owned and run software business based in Gaven on the Gold Coast. We have a global footprint with customers from a wide range of industries all around the world.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support and Administration Assistant to join our team

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Providing customer phone Support. 
  • Data entry in a variety of software packages.
  • Providing key administrative support and emailing.
  • Maintaining and updating filing systems ensuring accuracy.
  • Social Media Marketing - Insta, FB, LinkedIn.
  • Liaising directly with the management teams.
  • Directing telephone calls accordingly and accurately taking messages.
  • Using Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
  • Miscellaneous office errands.
  • Maintaining databases of client information.
  • Updating internal reports.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Year 12 completed.
  • Must have experience in similar role ie. customer service, reception or administration.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic manner with the willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong follow-up skills - The ability to get back to clients & staff.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • A keen, can do attitude.
  • Attention to detail (paramount).
  • Own Transport. 
  • Willing to work extra hours if the need arises.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with an accounting software package is preferred.

This is a full time position Monday - Friday. 
Full training will be offered to the right candidate. Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
