The Company: Our client is a very well established international logistics company. They offer a full range of supply chain services to include air freight forwarding, customs clearance, 3PL, and national transport and distribution. This will be a full time, permanent position, located in the inner suburbs of Sydney.
The Position: In this role you will responsible for
Developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients
Managing purchase orders and providing quotes to customers
Tracking and tracing of shipments
Prepare high quality client reports
Ad hoc administrative or customer service tasks
About You: To be considered for this position you must have some Customer Service experience (within the Freight Forwarding industry is highly regarded), strong attention to detail, resilience and be super organised.
This position is a full-time permanent position.
Good computer skills and MS Office suite experience essential
Natural flair for customer service, friendly, customer focused attitude.
