The Company:
Our client is a very well established international logistics company. They offer a full range of supply chain services to include air freight forwarding, customs clearance, 3PL, and national transport and distribution. This will be a full time, permanent position, located in the inner suburbs of Sydney.

The Position:
In this role you will responsible for 

  • Data entry
  • Developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients
  • Managing purchase orders and providing quotes to customers
  • Tracking and tracing of shipments
  • Prepare high quality client reports
  • Ad hoc administrative or customer service tasks

About You:
To be considered for this position you must have some Customer Service experience (within the Freight Forwarding industry is highly regarded), strong attention to detail, resilience and be super organised. 

  • This position is a full-time permanent position.
  • Good computer skills and MS Office suite experience essential
  • Natural flair for customer service, friendly, customer focused attitude.
