Active8 Refrigeration & Electrical is a family owned and operated business with a head office in Brisbane and branches in the Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration/Office Assistantfor our Brisbane head office team.

Hours and terms negotiable, depending on successful applicant

Duties will include:

  • General support to the office administrator
  • Job booking and scheduling
  • Gathering information for quoting and invoicing
  • Compiling reports and invoices
  • Completing warranty documentation
  • Email management
  • TAFE scheduling and coordination
  • Booking Vehicles for service/maintenance
  • Data entry
  • General administration including reception duties, filing and adhoc tasks

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • A minimum 1 year in a similar role
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise and meet time deadlines
  • Self-motivation and an attitude of a Team Player
  • Ability to work unsupervised and enjoy being given responsibility
