As part of this growth our highly regarded Design Consultancy continues to develop and strengthen. We have a very diverse portfolio of work from strategic landscape masterplans, large complex playgrounds, resorts, large scale commercial developments and sub divisions to name but a few.
We are looking for a dynamic individual able to lead, mentor, communicate, consult and network with a real sense of teamwork and success. The successful applicant will be required to have a thorough understanding of commercial projects from client brief, design and documentation through to tender. Skills in concept development and communication are important, as is the ability to run and operate a motivated design team.
Due to this being the pivotal role in the Design Team, we are looking for a particular type of person. The person that we are looking for will be:
A suitably qualified Senior Landscape Architect ready to take the next step into a Principle role, or an existing lead LA looking for a new opportunity
Able to show a portfolio demonstrating detail design and documentation skills and experience, along with advanced skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and Project Management
A professional who is able to motivate and work with other team members with in all levels of the organisation
The key responsibilities of this position are:
Lead and motivate the design team to deliver innovative design solutions
Develop a solid network of business and industry contacts
Production of fee submissions
Follow projects through from concept to competition and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the TDL required standard
Manage and report on department project portfolio
Effectively manage resources to achieve monthly design targets
Show an ongoing commitment to personal growth and professional improvement
Support and mentor others in their pursuit of ongoing development
You will contribute to the design and delivery of significant new projects and be integral in shaping and growing our future. You will have a strong track record of design and delivery in the Perth market with an established and growing network across the industry.
