Administration Coordinator

A range of responsibilities include:

  • Contact management from initial inquiry through to service delivery.
  • High level administrative duties associated with ensuring the smooth  operations of the office.  
  • Support to the management team for each business division.
  •  

You will  need :

  • Experience in a senior administrative support, or Business Division Support / assistant role
  • A high standard of professional and personal integrity
  • Strong administration and computer skills including experience with the Microsoft Suite of Packages
  • Experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously
  • High level attention to detail
