IMAAGE is a diverse business, based in Morisset NSW, offering a variety of products and services, including digital and wide format printing, signage, embroidery, engraving and more. We are also the premier manufacturer of internally laser-engraved crystal (3D crystal) products in Australasia.
Due to growth in the business, a new position has been created for a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. As a key person in the team, the successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring the customer experience, from order placement to proofing, production and delivery. Duties will include;
Face to face customer service
Placing customer orders.
Managing customer phone calls and emails
Working alongside the graphics and production team to coordinate the order workflow and ensure orders are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
Communicating with customers throughout the order process to optimize the customer experience.
Keeping a record of customer communications and details of actions taken.
The successful applicant will be a versatile worker who can multi-task and prioritise. They will have excellent customer service skills, be neat and organised, possess a good work ethic and be a fast learner. In addition, the applicant should have:
confident and polite written and oral communication skills
excellent time management skills
a high attention to detail
strong problem solving skills
the ability to maintain calm under pressure
sound computer skills (PC environment) with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would also be advantageous.
