What will you be doing in this role

  • Prepare the daily schedule for approximately 30 employees in our Geelong & Warrnambool locations whilst ensuring KPIs are met 
  • Liaise with administration team, team leaders and Operations Manager to schedule/reschedule jobs as required. 
  • Plan and check availability of operational staff to attend jobs daily. 
  • Liaise with external clients/stakeholders to arrange job start dates, times and access and communicate to crew attending.
  • Review job status to ensure jobs are progressing as required. Follow up with administration staff to progress jobs if required.
  • Provide job update notes and escalate any urgent matters to Administration Manager
  • Resolve customer complaints in consultation with Administration Manager.

What experience & skills/attributes will you have

  • You must have full working rights in Australia to be applicable for this position.
  • On the job training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling 
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Team player with a strong ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workload.
  • Restoration, insurance or trade industry experience (preferred not essential)
  • Ability to balance competing priorities including labour, vehicles, KPIs, internal/external stakeholders and equipment
