About the role:
An exciting opportunity has developed for an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the TSFN team. As an integral part of current and future business, this role requires an experienced individual, passionate about developing, owning and growing the TSFN brand.
This is a diverse role, reporting to the General Manager, requiring an experienced, adaptable and flexible applicant, responsibilities will include:
Support and develop the team marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
Attend all department meetings to collaborate and brainstorm current and new ideas.
Maintain relationships with local media, suppliers and local community groups.
Work closely with our First National Australia marketing team.
Experience using CRM systems.
Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, advertising copy, press statements and publications.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by assessing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
Our ideal applicant will demonstrate passion and excitement for marketing and related skills, display a high level of professionalism and adaptability. Other ideal skills and experience include:
Tertiary qualification in a marketing related discipline ,and 2+ years relevant work experience in similar industry aligned role.
Confidently demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs.
Broad experience in leading and managing a variety of platforms; social media, print & digital campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in coordination of consultants, suppliers and vendors.
Proficient experience Adobe InDesign & Photoshop.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to solve problems using your own initiative.
