About the role

Digital Marketing Coordinators (DMC) role is to create, support and optimize Pablo & Rustys digital marketing activities. Your creative thinking, skills and strategies will be an essential part of driving our digital narrative, enhancing P&R image, improving digital communication with B2B and B2C customers, and importantly increasing revenue growth through effective campaigns.

Through DMC activities you will facilitate the representation of Pablo & Rustys story and brand over a range of digital mediums with the intent to create a unified and strong digital marketing presence. The goal is to coordinate campaigns that inspire, inform and engage our current customer and community whilst actively growing our audience to join Pablo & Rustys on our mission to positively impact people and the planet through coffee.  

He/she who fills this role will have a solid understanding of digital marketing across varied digital touchpoints, harnessing its power to enhance brand presence, user experience and deliver digital objectives. Understanding of the utilisation of digital marketing and its evolving ability to communicate messages, grow revenue, profit share and importantly communicate P&R why and our innate desire to increase positive impact. 

We strongly believe that if we are not spending at least 10% of our time innovating, we will not succeed. This role will require you to think outside of the digital marketing box and provide you with the opportunity to re-think how a brand can engage with external audiences and win new business. We aim to be at the forefront of digital marketing activities (for a brand of our size) using varied digital platforms and strategies to grow overall revenue and profit share enhancing P&R to enhance our positive impact. 

Qualifications and knowledge


  1. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent + Minimum of  3 years in a similar position with related experience
  2. Passionate about social media and its power to influence change.
  3. Creatively wired
  4. Tech Savvy across all DM platforms
  5. Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  6. Highly organized.
  7. Strong computer literacy.
  8. Some project management experience.
  9. Strong attention to detail.
  10. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  11. Key Stakeholder relationship building skills
  12. A passion for creating impact through DM activities
