ADMINISTRATION /CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT 

Maternity Leave Contract (6-12 months)

United Technology Services (a subsidiary of Ainsworth Game Technology) is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Administration /Customer Service Assistant to join our team to help us continue to grow and maintain a high level of customer service. The initial period of employment will be for 6 months with a possible extension of a further 6 months.

Office location based in Unanderra, NSW 2526.

Work hours required are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

To be successful in your application for this position you will need to have great presentation skills, be reliable, honest and hard working with a passion for excelling in any task presented to you. 

United Technology Services offer a full range of Club Services with our primary core business being gaming machines sales and service. This role can at times be fast paced and requires a great deal of organisational and time management skills, training on our systems will be given to the successful applicant.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • A willingness to learn
  • The ability to multitask & prioritise work
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Previous reception/administration skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to work well in a team environment
  • A current Drivers Licence, preferred but not essential
