About this opportunity
This position will report to Manager, Recruitment Services however work collaboratively with team leads/ hiring managers and the broader People and Culture team.
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting the workforce plan for the Wellways Victoria and Tasmania region by leading resourcing and recruitment activities to ensure recruitment needs are met consistently and successfully. This opportunity allows the successful applicant to showcase their drive, passion and effective recruitment planning skills as well as shape up a growing people and culture service. You will be a credible and trusted advisor responsible for building relationships with an ability to support, coach and mentor hiring managers relating all talent acquisition/recruitment matters and provide them with exceptional technical and administrative support.
What do you need
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end contemporary recruitment practices
- Experience with high volume recruitment practices
- Technical knowledge and skills in providing excellent recruitment solutions and support to hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills (both, verbal and written)
