Providing a multi trade service, our professional team continually surpass client expectations.
Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we now have a vacancy for a customer and admin support officer to join our team. This role will provide key support to our office staff, assisting with various office admin tasks whilst also running our communication plans with our customers. This role is very deadline driven with the need to manage communications across many different jobs and escalate issues when appropriate.
Excellent customer service is essential in this role. Applicants will need to communicate clearly both in written and verbal. A can do attitude is a must.
Key Duties include:
Answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Sending response emails for new jobs
Following up quotes and communicating with key contacts on deadlines
Assisting with scheduling and trip planning for Assessors
Assisting with customer complaints
Assisting with receivables communications
Scheduling vehicles for servicing
General office admin tasks
The successful applicant will have:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Good user of technology (Microsoft office)
Ability to form good working relationships
Experience in customer service
Exposure to construction industry preferred but not essential
This role has the ability to be flexible in the hours required and could be suitable for someone looking for reduced hours to suit family needs.
