Customer Service Officer (Call Centre - Inbound) | Ipswich
Temporary opportunity with professional government department, Casual rostering (Monday to Friday, day shifts), Roles are located in Ipswich, customer service experience essential.

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers for upcoming temporary roles with a highly professional inbound government customer contact centre in Ipswich. Duties include receiving enquiries from customers, providing information, updating systems and completing necessary follow-up administrative action.
The hours may vary in line with business needs and work volume, however, we anticipate a requirement for up to 5 casual day shifts per week (shift lengths may vary) on a Monday to Friday roster.
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
Strong customer service experience (ideally you will demonstrate this within a call centre environment), including a proven ability to meet KPIs in a high volume environment.
Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service with the ability to understand complex customer enquiries and manage customer expectations whilst adhering to policies and processes
Accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 40 wpm @ 98% accuracy).
Sound technical skills with proven ability to grasp new systems quickly and work across multiple screens whilst handling a customer enquiry.
Flexibility to work a casual roster arrangement (casual rostering requirements vary but we are seeking availability to work up to 5 casual shifts per week Monday to Friday).
