Office Manager

We are seeking to appoint a proactive, enthusiastic Office Manager to help support our team.

You will be experienced in project management, liaising and managing supplier relationships and coordinating key office logistics.  You will be able to proactively manage competing demands and be committed to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a team member who will:

  • Be responsible for all operational requirements - from office management to information technology and systems
  • Manage the CRM system, website & related systems
  • Provide project management across the business 
  • Manage commercial and business relationships with service providers
  • Manage office facilities, including premises 
  • Establish and maintain appropriate office policies and procedures as required 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working effectively in a small team environment
  • Advanced MS Office 365 skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Teams in particular)
  • Foundational understanding of IT systems and leveraging these to achieve business objectives
  • An innovative and resourceful focus
  • Great people skills including client relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
