Peters of Kensington is an iconic Sydney based department store. With multiple store locations, we have been a destination of choice for many savvy shoppers for over forty years, and are constantly expanding our customer base through our online services locally as well as internationally.
Providing excellent customer service has always been our top priority here at Peters, and with that in mind, were looking for a passionate Customer Service Agent to join the team at our Head Office in Rosebery, Sydney.
As a Customer Service Agent, youll need to use your natural problem-solving abilities and flair for clear language and writing skills to effectively communicate with our customers. You will be liaising via email and live chat to resolve issues and answer enquiries. Organising the online orders and conducting security checks.
To impress us, you'll need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and level of accuracy
Adaptability to learn industry tools and new procedures quickly
Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, targets and prioritise work loads
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility with work days, including Saturdays.
Proven ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills to successfully deal with challenges
A desire to show you can go above and beyond
Motivation to deliver high standards of work
A collaborative approach and team player attitude
Experience in working in customer service, helpdesk or ticketing platforms, or in an administrative role would be considered a strong advantage.
Peters people are passionate, driven and adaptable.
Were looking for someone who is committed to working between four to six days per week including Saturdays to fill this casual role.
